Business Development Manager – Hotels (Delhi)

 Looking for an experienced Business Development Manager – Hotels to manage and grow strategic partnerships with hotels across the Delhi region. This role focuses on partner acquisition, relationship management, market analysis, and revenue growth within the travel and hospitality sector.

The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, a solid understanding of the hotel industry, and the ability to work closely with internal teams to ensure high service standards and business performance.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline

  • 3–5 years of experience in hotel contracting, business development, or B2B sales

  • Strong knowledge of the travel and hospitality industry, especially the Delhi market

  • Proven negotiation and deal-closing skills

  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic business decisions

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Strong problem-solving mindset with adaptability to changing market conditions

  • Comfortable working with MS Excel, CRM tools, and reporting systems

  • Team-oriented approach with the ability to collaborate across departments

Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and onboard new hotel partners to expand the business network in the Delhi region

    • Negotiate commercial terms and agreements with hotel partners to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes

    • Analyze partner performance and suggest improvements to enhance revenue and service quality

    • Track market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities to support business decisions

    • Maintain strong communication with hotel partners and internal stakeholders

    • Support hotel partners through training and guidance on systems and processes

    • Ensure partners meet quality, compliance, and guest experience standards

    • Conduct regular field visits to strengthen relationships and gather market insights

    • Develop revenue optimization strategies for long-term growth

    • Prepare performance reports and share actionable feedback with partners

Interview Process 

    • Round 1: Initial discussion with the hiring team

    • Round 2: Final interview with the operations team

    • Minimum experience: 3 years

    • Maximum experience: 8 years
