The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle, attention to detail, and the ability to manage high-volume transactions while meeting strict SLAs.

Key Responsibilities
Perform end-to-end Accounts Payable invoice processing, including indexing and matching
Handle high-volume invoices from multiple vendors with accuracy
Ensure same-day processing of invoices received
Resolve invoice discrepancies and follow up on pending queries
Adhere to defined SLAs and quality standards
Collaborate with onshore teams to resolve operational issues
Generate reports and perform data analysis using MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and process updates
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com)
Basic to intermediate understanding of Accounts Payable operations
Core Skills & Competencies
Knowledge of 2-way and 3-way invoice matching
Understanding of Indexing, QA Framework, and P2P cycle
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Self-motivated, well-organized, and a team player
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Customer-focused mindset with strong work ethic
