- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (MBA preferred)
- Experience: Freshers & Experienced can apply
Key Responsibilities
Review and approve CPE programs as per NASBA & AICPA guidelines
Verify CPE documents, course content, objectives, and descriptions
Update CPE details correctly in internal systems
Validate external CPE certificates from approved sponsors
Calculate and allocate CPE credits based on program type
Report errors and compliance issues to management
Maintain high accuracy and meet deadlines
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required (MBA is a plus)
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Basic knowledge of MS Excel & MS Word
Ability to manage high-volume tasks
Customer-service mindset
