Key Responsibilities

    • Deliver high-quality customer service across branch front-office and teller operations

    • Apply TCF (Treating Customers Fairly) principles in all customer interactions

    • Shift focus from transaction processing to need-based product solutions

    • Manage walk-in customer requirements and resolve complaints effectively

    • Maintain branch hygiene, ATM cleanliness, and proper display of promotional materials

    • Migrate customers to digital and alternate delivery channels smoothly

    • Adhere to operational controls, audit standards, and bank policies

    • Acquire new customers and meet KPIs for sales, referrals, and cross-selling

    • Promote banking products including Credit Cards and General Insurance

    • Ensure compliance with AML, Sanctions, and regulatory guidelines

Skills Required

  • Strong understanding of branch banking operations and processes

  • Updated knowledge of banking products, systems, and regulations
