Key Responsibilities
Business & Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with business leaders to understand KPIs and operational challenges
Convert business problems into structured analytical use cases
Define success metrics and measurable outcomes
Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership
🔹 Data Analysis & Insights
Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends and patterns
Conduct root-cause analysis for performance gaps
Generate predictive, diagnostic, and descriptive insights
Develop and test hypotheses using structured analytical methods
🔹 Reporting & Visualization
Design dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel
Build KPI trackers for operational and financial metrics
Ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and governance
Automate reports to enhance efficiency
🔹 Process Improvement & Project Support
Identify opportunities for business process optimization
Support ROI analysis and business case development
Work with IT and Data Engineering teams for data quality improvements
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Master’s in Computer Applications
2+ years of experience in analytics or business analysis
Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation
Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar BI tools
Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Power Query, formulas)
Good understanding of statistical concepts
