Key Responsibilities
Perform control testing (RBST, PBST, Conduct Risk) within deadlines
Monitor processes to ensure regulatory and company policy compliance
Review and improve internal policies and procedures
Identify operational risk gaps and recommend improvements
Participate in calibration and compliance discussions
Work with stakeholders to close control and process gaps
Support independent control monitoring and testing
Prepare risk reports and highlight emerging risk trends
Suggest process improvements and challenge inefficient workflows
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any stream
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Good coordination and teamwork skills
Strong attention to detail
Willingness to learn and adapt
High integrity and professional work ethic
Preferred Qualifications
Degree in Finance / Business / Risk Management (preferred)
1–2 years experience in Operational Risk, Compliance, or Audit
Experience in:
Risk identification
Control testing
Process audits
Compliance monitoring
Risk reporting
