Key Responsibilities
As a Process Delivery Specialist – P2P, you will be responsible for end-to-end transaction processing within the Accounts Payable function. Your key responsibilities include:
- Managing Procure-to-Pay (P2P) accounting activities
Invoice matching, exception handling, and error resolution
Monitoring vendor accounts and resolving queries
Ensuring SLA adherence and timely processing
Identifying risks and suggesting corrective actions
Supporting continuous process improvement
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable & P2P processes
Understanding of basic accounting principles
Experience in invoice matching and aging reduction
Ability to resolve vendor queries and follow up effectively
Good communication and coordination skills
Required: Bachelor’s Degree (Commerce preferred)
Preferred: Master’s Degree
