Key Responsibilities
Ensure systems and operational tools are properly maintained and used according to internal procedures
Complete all data-related tasks such as timesheets, leave requests, and reporting on time
Investigate fraud-related issues and escalate when necessary
Continuously update knowledge of fraud prevention procedures
Deliver high-quality processing services within defined Performance Level Agreements (PLAs)
Handle customer interactions professionally in a call centre environment
Take ownership of customer queries and ensure timely follow-ups
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve account-related concerns
Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in any discipline
0–2 years of experience (Freshers can apply)
Good understanding of English (spoken and written)
Ability to communicate clearly over phone
Basic numerical and computer skills
Quick learner with adaptable mindset
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
Strong interpersonal and rapport-building skills
