Key Responsibilities
Act as Project Manager for finance-related technology initiatives
Define end-to-end financial controls and balancing processes
Create accounting and system requirements in collaboration with Controllership teams
Develop user stories, test cases, and conduct UAT for finance requirements
Provide post-implementation and post-warranty support
Prepare detailed process, system, and accounting documentation
Support consultancy requests and process improvement initiatives
Assist in system-of-record (SOR) reporting changes
Ensure compliance with AEMP 16 and financial control standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of post-graduate experience in Finance or Technology roles
Experience defining system development and business requirements
Basic understanding of banking processes, accounting, and reconciliation
Exposure to fraud and disputes processes is preferred
Knowledge of financial testing, controls, and UAT
Familiarity with US GAAP principles and financial controls
Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio
Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields
