Figma is hiring its first Enterprise Solutions Consultant in Bengaluru
Work with large enterprise customers to drive adoption of the Figma platform
Act as a technical advisor during pre-sales and post-sales stages
Deliver product demos, presentations, and technical workshops
Handle IT, Security, RFI/RFP, and enterprise identity requirements
Collaborate with product, sales, legal, and engineering teams
Influence product roadmap by sharing customer insights
Build scalable technical sales processes
Create customer-focused technical content and documentation

Experience in pre-sales and post-sales implementations
Front-end development experience
Familiarity with DevOps tools
Ability to learn new technologies quickly
