Key Responsibilities
Monitor SIEM alerts on a 24x7x365 rotational basis.
Investigate security alerts and perform incident response activities.
Document and report incidents using ticketing tools.
Monitor network traffic and conduct threat hunting activities.
Identify compromised systems and mitigate:
Denial of Service (DoS) attacks
Resource abuse and exploitation
Escalate incidents if SLA breach is anticipated.
Monitor health and performance of SIEM & security tools.
Follow structured Incident Response Management workflows.
Collaborate with SOC team members to improve tools, processes, and efficiency.
Skills Required
Strong understanding of KYC, AML, and regulatory compliance concepts
Ability to analyze financial/customer data accurately
High attention to detail and strong analytical judgement
Excellent time management skills to meet SLA targets
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment
Risk awareness and control mindset
Skills Required
Basic knowledge of Cyber Security concepts
Understanding of SIEM tools
Familiarity with:
Incident response process
Network monitoring
Threat detection techniques
Strong analytical and documentation skills
Ability to work in rotational/night shifts
