Position: Associate Analyst

Shift: 24/7 Rotational Shifts
Key Responsibilities
Manually label and annotate data such as text, images, audio, and video based on defined guidelines
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of annotated data
Follow project instructions and meet daily productivity targets
Work under supervision while managing time and deadlines efficiently
Assist in collecting non-personal data like images of receipts, books, roads, buildings, vehicles, audio clips, and videos for AI model development
Identify and resolve annotation issues using logical thinking and problem-solving skills
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Basic knowledge of computer and laptop operations
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive tasks
Good reading, writing, and listening skills
Ability to understand written instructions and describe images, videos, or audio clearly using proper grammar
Willingness to work in rotational shifts (24/7 environment)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, office-based setup
