Key Responsibilities
Contact clients with overdue accounts to ensure timely settlements
Perform preventive actions to avoid future overdues on high-exposure accounts
Handle KYC-related cases during onboarding and maintenance
Manage daily inventory related to account maintenance requests
Process card cancellations, escalations, credit balances, scanning, and indexing
Ensure all tasks are completed accurately within defined timelines
Monitor process gaps and suggest effective solutions
Maintain high productivity, quality standards, and system metrics
Resolve customer queries via email with complete ownership
Understand and anticipate customer needs to deliver suitable solutions
Ensure compliance with internal policies and audit requirements
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth day-to-day operations
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate or Post-Graduate qualification
Relevant experience is an added advantage
Knowledge of KYC processes is preferred
Experience in servicing India Merchants is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities
Customer-focused approach with service excellence
Ability to make independent decisions within policies
Proficiency in MS Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
