Key Responsibilities
Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence
Analyze wage market trends across market segments and client projects
Prepare and complete client pricing and financial documentation
Develop pricing strategies using Pro-Forma financial models
Support pricing refinements throughout the bid and proposal cycle
Compare theoretical pricing models with actual financial results
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across US time zones
Perform additional financial analysis tasks as assigned
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience in commercial pricing, preferably for North America-focused organizations
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office tools
Solid understanding of financial analysis, trend evaluation, and financial modeling
Experience with database management and structured financial data
Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with external financial consultants and procurement strategies (preferred)
Working Conditions
Regular computer and system usage
Frequent sitting, standing, and walking
Occasional lifting of light office equipment
Travel may be required
