Key Responsibilities
Actuarial & Client Work
Perform end-to-end actuarial valuations for employee benefit plans
Validate client data, calculate liabilities, and prepare actuarial reports
Coordinate with clients through meetings, calls, and regular updates
Manage small to mid-sized client engagements independently
🔹 Retirement Advisory & Consulting
Advise organizations on retirement plan design and restructuring
Model future benefit costs and support business case development
Assist in governance, best practices, and M&A-related retirement advisory
🔹 Excellence & Team Collaboration
Work collaboratively with consultants to meet client expectations
Use actuarial tools and internal software (e.g., Quantify) effectively
Identify process improvements to increase efficiency
Balance multiple assignments while meeting deadlines and budgets
Adhere to WTW’s Professional Excellence quality standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
🎓 Education & Experience
2–4 years of experience in Pensions / Employee Benefits
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Engineering, or a related analytical field
Pursuing Actuarial Science with relevant actuarial exams completed
🧠 Skills & Competencies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Advanced Microsoft Excel and MS Office skills
Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
Client-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills
Self-driven, collaborative, and proactive attitude
