Key Responsibilities
Manage large operational teams (up to 100 agents), including direct and indirect reports
Define team priorities, projects, and timelines to meet business goals
Lead, mentor, and develop team members to improve performance and productivity
Handle complex customer and operational issues with a hands-on leadership approach
Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to improve service quality
Analyze business data to make informed decisions and improve KPIs

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (2:1 or equivalent) from a reputed university
