Key Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, QA, and technology teams
Gather business requirements and prepare BRD, Functional & Technical Specifications
Validate developed applications to ensure business and technical requirements are met
Perform data analysis to identify underlying data required for AML applications
Develop epics, storyboards, and user stories in collaboration with stakeholders
Support new product and application development using Agile methodologies
Create functional and non-functional test plans and write detailed test cases
Coordinate across multiple Scrum teams working on a shared product backlog
Drive transformation of legacy system integrations and design efficient data pipelines
Design and implement data rationalization methodologies to reduce redundancy across multiple data sources
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong experience in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) domain
Hands-on expertise in Business Analysis & Data Analysis
Knowledge of Financial Risk Management
Experience creating BRD, FRD, and Technical Documents
Understanding of Agile / Scrum frameworks
Ability to work with cross-functional teams
Experience with data rationalization and system integration
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
