Key Responsibilities
Developing a strong understanding of EY Global Independence policies
Reviewing submissions from audit and client-serving teams for accuracy and completeness
Analyzing company structures, ownership, and affiliate relationships
Updating and maintaining EY Independence and financial systems
Performing research, reconciliation, and data analysis
Coordinating with global project managers and stakeholders
Supporting audit teams in mitigating independence-related risks
Required Skills & Qualifications
Understanding of company structures and ownership models
Awareness of auditor independence and risk management concepts
Ability to interpret audit client and affiliate definitions
Experience with internal/external research databases
Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint
Ability to identify and resolve data inconsistencies across systems
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate / Master’s / Post-Graduate degree (preferably in Finance)
0–1 year of experience in research or analysis
Basic understanding of audit independence & compliance
Good written and spoken English communication skills
Prior client interaction exposure (preferred but not mandatory)
