Key Responsibilities
Perform quality checks on KYC cases to ensure compliance with Client KYC Checklists and OCDD Standards
Review customer identity documents for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance
Ensure proper collection, verification, loading, and linking of KYC documentation
Identify non-financial risks, red flags, and escalate exceptions appropriately
Document findings clearly to support audits and quality reviews
Re-test remediated errors to confirm profiles are compliant
Meet defined SLAs and turnaround timelines without compromising quality
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve quality outcomes
Maintain system hygiene and ensure accurate data capture across workflows and MIS
Support continuous improvement initiatives, training updates, and quality reporting
Required Skills & Qualifications
Core Skills
Strong knowledge of AML, KYC, CDD, OCDD, and Sanctions
Quality assurance experience with a strong eye for detail
Ability to analyze documentation and identify discrepancies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Customer-centric mindset with strong compliance awareness
Analytical & Behavioral Skills
Risk identification and escalation capability
Problem-solving approach with focus on accuracy and efficiency
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Comfortable working across multiple systems and tools
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree / Graduate
Excellent command of English (written & spoken)
Knowledge of AML/CTF policies
Basic understanding of KYC requirements for individual customers
Prior experience in quality checks or compliance review
