Key Responsibilities
- Conduct background verification (BGV) of candidates including employment, education, and identity checks
- Analyze and validate data to identify discrepancies, fraud, or compliance issues
- Perform research and gather information from internal databases and external sources
- Coordinate with companies, institutions, and stakeholders for verification and investigations
- Maintain accurate records and update findings using tools like Excel and internal systems
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation based on investigation outcomes
- Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards
- Support the team in ongoing forensic investigations and risk assessments
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data handling
