Key Responsibilities
Process and apply customer payments accurately.
Manage cash application processing and reconcile payment transactions.
Handle accounts receivable activities and maintain financial records.
Analyze operational reports and support financial data reconciliation.
Assist with billing, deductions, and dispute resolution.
Prepare accounts receivable reports and maintain bad debt reserves.
Post and reconcile Accounts Receivable activity to the general ledger.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve routine financial issues.
