Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Information Technology Manager at Kolkata.
The Senior IT Manager will oversee IT operations and infrastructure, SAP implement and maintain IT systems, and ensure data security and systems integrity. The role includes managing IT teams, planning budgets, and leading technological advancements to align with business goals. The Senior IT Manager will also work cross-functionally to integrate technology into business processes and address technical challenges efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Solid understanding of SAP S4 HANA & ERP systems, system integration, and software development.
Develop and execute IT strategy aligned with business goals.
Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, systems, and cloud services.
Ensure cybersecurity, data protection, and regulatory compliance.
Manage IT operations, service delivery, and system performance.
Lead IT projects and digital transformation initiatives.
Prepare and manage IT budgets and vendor relationships.
Supervise, mentor, and develop IT staff.
Strong expertise in IT infrastructure management, server management, and network administration.
Experience in cybersecurity, data protection, and systems risk management.
Proficiency in IT project management, including planning, execution, and maintenance.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
10+ years of experience in IT management, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior management role.
Experience in the manufacturing or retail industry is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and implement innovative IT solutions.
Leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to mentor and guide IT teams.
Strong knowledge of infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems.
