Key Responsibilities
Prepare and manage Management Information (MI) reports for assigned sectors or geographies
Perform capacity planning and analyze demand vs. supply
Support real-time management teams to meet service-level goals and improve efficiency
Assist in resource fulfillment and competency planning
Follow up with teams to ensure process compliance
Analyze budget vs. actuals, forecast productivity and utilization
Prepare dashboards and reports for client-facing teams and senior stakeholders
Maintain process documentation and archives
Handle ad-hoc reporting and one-time analytical tasks
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Advanced MS Excel skills
High attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
Knowledge of Business Forecasting & Planning
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate or Post-Graduate qualification
0–3 years of relevant work experience preferred
Experience supporting consulting or finance teams is an advantage
Ability to collaborate with cross-geography stakeholders
